SELOUS GAME RESERVE, MIKUMI, RUAHA NATIONAL PARK AND BAGAMOYO
Day 1: Arrive Dar es salaam, met and assisted by our driver; transfer to New Africa hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Morning, your safari driver will meet you at the hotel ready for the journey to Selous game reserve, you will spend most of the morning hours on the road. You will arrive at Rufiji River camp just after lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Stay overnight at Rufiji River camp/Impala camp.
Day 3: Full day in Selous with morning game drive and afternoon boat ride. Stay overnight.
Day 4: Morning walking safari at along Rufiji River (accompanied by an armed ranger) return to the camp for hot lunch. Afternoon game drive. Stay overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast depart to Mikumi National Park, arrive late in the afternoon; stay overnight at Foxes camp.
Day 6: Full day game drive in Mikumi, stay overnight at Foxes camp.
Day 7: Depart to Ruaha National Park, afternoon relaxation at Ruaha river by watching groups of Hippos and Crocodiles. Stay overnight at Ruaha river lodge.
Day 8: Full day at Ruaha National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. Stay overnight Ruaha river lodge.
Day 9: After breakfast drive back to Dar es salaam, stay overnight at Indian Ocean Golden tulip hotel.
Day 10: Trip to the historical town Bagamoyo. You’ll spend the whole afternoon visiting the Old historical ruins and other places of interest. Stay overnight at Paradise beach resort.
Day 11: Free morning at Bagamoyo, after lunch connect with an afternoon boat to Lazy Lagoon Island. Stay overnight.
Day 12: Free day relaxing at Lazy Lagoon lodge.
Day 13: Lazy Lagoon.
Day 14: Transfer back to Dar es salaam Airport for your International flight.
DAY 1: ARRIVAL – TANZANIA
Arrive Kilimanjaro International airport and transfer to Arusha for overnight stay at Silver Palm Hotel.
DAY 2: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK:
After breakfast, depart to Lake Manyara National Park.
Lake Manyara is a birdwatcher’s paradise. Spend the whole day doing game drive, marvel at the variety of species, spoonbill, teal, pelican, kingfisher, hornbill and cormorant. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena lodge.
DAY 3: SERENGETI
Morning game drive after breakfast. Enjoy the endless plains of Serengeti with game viewing. A magnificent experience awaits as you travel to the most famous wildlife park in Africa the legendary Serengeti. Here you might have the chance to see the migration, where thousands of zebra and wildebeest make trip from the Masai Mara every year. Packed lunch is served and proceed for an afternoon game drive. Dinner/overnight at the Serengeti Serena lodge.
DAY 4: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO:
Enjoy morning game drives. After an early lunch drive to Ngorongoro Crater via Olduvai George. Arrive at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for Dinner/Overnight. The crater one of the largest intact volcanic Caldera, and is one of the only places in Africa where you stand a very good chance of seeing the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant) in the course of a morning or evening game drive. Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Serene.
DAY 5: NGORONGORO:
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the wonders of the natural world. An extinct volcano that collapsed around 25 million years ago. The views from the top of the crater wall are absolutely breathtaking. Wildlife watching – the Ngorongoro Crater has been called a Garden of Eden. The game drives are done with packed lunch. Later drive back to Arusha. Arrive before nightfall. Stay overnight at Silver Palm Hotel.
DAY 6: ZANZIBAR:
Free morning in Arusha city, later after lunch transfer to the airport for the flight departing at 13.30 to Zanzibar, on arrival met with our local guide whom will take you to Ocean Paradise beach resort. Free afternoon relaxing at this beautiful resort.
DAY 7 – 12: ZANZIBAR
Free days relaxing at Ocean Paradise beach resort.
DAY 13: ZANZIBAR:
After breakfast drive back to an Old stone town where you will do shopping before you transferred to the airport for your flight to Dar es salaam and connect with your international flight back Home.
Day 1: Arrival Tanzania
Pick up at Kilimanjaro International Airport, transfer to SG Resort.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
See African wildlife.
After arrival at our camp in the Crater Highlands, we’ll enjoy a hike or visit with the local Masai.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
High Peaks Expeditions deluxe camp.
Day 4: Oldupai Gorge – Serengeti
We descend from the Crater Highlands into the Serengeti Plains.
Day 5: In the Serengeti
From December to May, witness the great herds of the Serengeti migration (wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle)
Day 6: In the Serengeti
Full day game drive in Serengeti National Park, Dinner and Overnight at High Peaks Expeditions Deluxe Camp.
Day 7: Arusha – Depart
Transfer to the Seronera airstrip and fly on a regularly scheduled flight to Arusha.
